A user friendly and safe hot tank powder coating remover. 1 Safe on all metals including aluminium, zinc, magnesium and high strength steel. 2. Contains no methylene chloride, caustic, acid or phenol. 3. Stripped parts are ready to be coated as soon as they are rinsed and dried. There is no residue to prevent coatings from adhering, 4. New ADV bio is friendly to the environment. Voc is less than 90rng/ltr. Vapour pressure is 0.0001. Flash point is over 300 F. 5. Mineral oil seal floats on top of the stripper to reduce evaporation and odours, 6. When heated to operating temperature of 50C to 70C, new ECO ADV will remove all powder coatings in thirty minutes or less (depending on type of coating and thickness).
