The solution is stored in a tank with a close fitting lid; coated items are immersed in the solution. After a fewminutes the coating leaves the metal as a skin, leaving it totally clean and ready for re-coating after a quick rinse. The coatings can then be removed from the solution with a mesh, leaving the solution ready to be used again and again, saving on the cost of effluent disposal.

1. The powder coated product is lowered into the ADV solution 2. After around 3 minutes, the paint starts to seperate from the metal 3. Four minutes after immersion the paint falls away 4. The removal is completed in about 5 minutes. After washing in water, the item can be recoated
